5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Pepsus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. No Refunds or Returns

  • All sales are final. No refunds or returns accepted.
  • If your product is damaged or lost during shipping, you must have purchased the Route shipping insurance and file a claim through them.
  • Pepsus is not held liable for damaged or lost packages if Route shipping insurance is unselected at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Pepsus shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of the products sold.
  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the handling, storage, and research use of products purchased.
